Equipping small businesses to be customer-centric
I joined the Dalberg DIG team for one month to create and refine user flows, interactions, and visual design for the World Bank's Consultative Group for the Poor's (CGAP) financial inclusion website. I worked with a team of 2 designers and one strategic expert after user research, interviews, branding, and content strategy was already in place. My main role was to help finalize interactions and designs, and to create a clickable prototype to create full understanding of the website's content and usage between DIG and CGAP.
