As a product manager intern for STELLAService, I was able to be heavily involved in the designing of new and existing features for the business data product, that aimed to point online retailers to specific ways that they could improve their customer service quality. For example, I designed a dashboard and a weekly metrics overview email. In this role I also prioritized features, wrote specifications, and tested new code.
